MF does not warrant that this website or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site, including bulletin boards, or the servers that make it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components.

MF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.

How can I place order online? ***Currently not up and running but will be in the near future where customers will be able to do all bullet points as below••• 

• Find the product(s) you would like to order.
• If relevant, choose the colour and/or size using the drop-down list to view the various options available, then click on the one you require.
• Click the “Add to Basket” button
• You can check what items are in your basket and can review the total cost whenever you like by clicking on ‘View Basket’ button.
• At any point, you can remove items from your basket or adjust the quantity.
• The shipping cost of your order will be displayed in the basket
• When you are ready to complete your order, click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button within the basket.
• Use the secure form to fill in your details and then click ‘Place Order’
• You should now see an order confirmation page, now just sit back and wait for the goods to arrive!

If you don’t want, or are unable to place on order through our website – you can place an order through alternative method such as phone, email and mail.
If it is your first time placing an order and it exceeds a certain value it could be subject to additional security checks. If the order does undergo additional security checks and they are not passed, MF reserves the right to cancel your order.

Payment Methods

We accept BACS and PayPal payment method at the moment. 
PayPal payments will be taken on the completion of placing an order (either from your PayPal funds or directly from your bank account (this is dependent on your settings/preferred payment method within PayPal)) unless you choose the PayPal Pay Later / Pay in 3, in which case payment will be taken based on your agreement with PayPal.
If it’s your first time placing an order on our site, we will need the cardholder’s payment details to match the invoice and shipping address for payment security assurance. If we encounter any issues in sending your order out we will contact you by either phone or email – in which case this may delay delivery.
If you’re using MF vouchers/gift cards (that have been issued by us then the voucher/gift card amount must be redeemed in full at the time of use.

Pricing
In rare occasions, items on the website may be under priced. In which case, we do not accept liability to supply the item to you at the stated price. We will notify you of the correct price prior to despatch for you to decide whether or not to continue with the purchase of that product.

Liability

There are certain liabilities which we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these General Terms and Conditions limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud.
You have certain rights as a consumer, including legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your legal rights in the UK, contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau. Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights and, in particular, we will perform our obligations under these General Terms and Conditions with reasonable care and skill.
We will only supply products that will be of satisfactory quality- satisfactory quality goods should not be faulty or damaged when you receive them. If we do deliver a product that is not of satisfactory quality you may contact us for either a replacement, repair or (if a replacement or repair is not possible) a refund.
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these General Terms and Conditions. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these General Terms and Conditions by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
You must follow any advice we give you to keep products we supply to you safe (including any instructions or product manuals provided with the products). We cannot accept liability for damage to the products we have supplied which is caused by your failure to follow this advice.
In any event, we will not be liable for any losses related to any business of yours including (without limitation) lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.

Assignment waiver & third party rights.

We may update or amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time to comply with the law or to meet our changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party unless we agree in writing.
We may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party at our discretion.
No relaxation or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy or shall affect our ability to subsequently exercise that right or remedy. Any waiver must be agreed by us in writing.
If any of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall remain in full force and effect.
Only you and we shall be entitled to enforce these Terms of Sale. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Terms of Sale, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Deliveries

We charge delivery on all orders; the amount will be added to your order in the basket section of the website, you can review this price before you confirm the order. If the order is placed by filling the online form then total delivery will be shown in the quotation invoice.
We will always strive to despatch goods within 2 to 4 weeks (this can vary as it depends on the manufactures stock level). All delivery services will require a signature (excluding postable items), failure to provide a signature may result in your delivery being delayed.
Delivery can take place any time between 8am-6pm. If you are likely to be out during the time of delivery, please either write instructions in the note section or provide an alternative delivery address.
We will not accept liability for delays in or non-successful deliveries of products if they are caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Any risks in the products that you order will pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address provided on your order – this includes the risk of loss or damage to the products).

Delivery charge refunds in the UK can only be issued in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. There may be similar rights for some international deliveries. For further information about your legal rights please get in contact with your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (i.e. the Citizen’s Advice Bureau for UK customers).

On rare occasions, items may not be available immediately. We will despatch the available item(s) right away and will keep the unavailable item(s) on back order for delivery at a later date. At the customer’s request, we can hold the order and ship when complete.

Costs & payment terms
We charge delivery on all orders; the amount will be added to your order in the basket section of the website or will be added in the quotation invoice, you can review this price before you confirm the order (if you have any queries, please get in touch). The charge is calculated by the size, weight and delivery address of the order.
For international orders, the shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the package and its delivery destination (there is no tax (VAT) charged on goods or shipping costs on orders being shipped outside of UK). Payment terms are: 30% deposit on placing the order, 50% on the remaining invoice once the customer confirms the final order details and final invoice to be paid upon delivery confirmation.

Product images
All of the images displayed on the MF website are only used for illustrative purposes. Although we do our utmost best to ensure you see accurate images of products, the manufacturer/supplier may send inaccurate or generic pictures. We provide a detailed product description that should be regarded as the main source of information for products
If you think there is an inconsistency between the product and the image/description provided, please contact us to report this before placing an order.

TAX (VAT)
Our website prices includes VAT (20%). If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you will not have to pay VAT.

IMPORT DUTY/CHARGES/TAX
You may have to pay import tax / customs charges if your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK. We have no control over the amount payable, this is dependent on the destination and goods. MF accepts no liability for any payments which may be due; the responsibility lies with the customer.

Credit/Debit Card security (For future reference)
Credit and debit card numbers are encrypted upon placing the order using industry standard encryption and are not held in clear text anywhere on our website or records. For payments made via PayPal, please refer to the PayPal website’s section on safety and security.
